Communications Director (maternity cover)
Shoba oversees all our external communications and content creation, and provides strategic communications advice across the organisation.
Shoba joined in May 2023 as a maternity cover leading the communications team to deliver high quality strategic communications across all of our programmatic areas.
With over 12 years of experience, spanning the charity and non-for-profit sector, she has joined us from Amnesty International UK where she was the Head of Engagement and Communications.
Besides charities such as Fairtrade Foundation, Action for Children and Barnardo’s, Shoba has also worked in the cultural and public sector, British Library and HMRC.
Our team bring together a unique combination of expertise, skills and drive to meet our ambition of making cities healthier places for everyone to live in.
