Liz is Director of Data, Evaluation and Learning at Impact on Urban Health, where she leads work to strengthen how evidence is generated, used and shared across Impact on Urban Health and our partners. Her focus is on ensuring that robust insights are brought together to inform decisions, strategies and programmes, and drive progress on urban health inequities.

She has a background in mental health and forensic psychology and holds a PhD, with experience spanning research, evidence building, evaluation and ethical practice in the third sector. Liz is particularly interested in how evidence can be made more accessible, practical and influential, so that it actively shapes systems and outcomes – believing evidence should not just sit in reports, but should be alive and useful.
