Tamsyn is the Director of Participation & Place for Impact on Urban Health.
Before joining us in 2019, Tamsyn was Head of Children’s Social Care Innovation and Learning at the Department for Education where she led teams developing, testing and building the evidence for new approaches to supporting vulnerable children and their families.
Previously, she was Head of the Centre for Social Impact Bonds in the Cabinet Office, leading work across government to develop new ways of funding charities and social enterprises to deliver public services. Tamsyn has also led work across government to build the social investment market in the UK and worked for an NGO supporting refugees in post-conflict zones.
