Tatevik is a design strategist with over a decade of experience in the charity sector, specialising in strategy, innovation, and learning. She helps organisations apply an intersectional lens, use design-thinking tools, and build strong learning cultures. Her work has included developing cross-sector partnerships, creating new funds and programmes, and managing multidisciplinary teams at the Young Foundation, the Design Council, the RSA, and the Ariadne Network.

Tatevik also consults for foundations across the UK and Europe, focusing on new funding models and supporting funder collaborations and co-design processes. She is the founding publisher of an independent press and serves as a Trustee of the Poetry Translation Centre and the Lipman–Miliband Trust.
