Portfolio Manager
Claire supports the preparatory work for our children's mental health programme.
Claire joined us in May 2020 as a Portfolio Manager. She supports on the preparatory work for our children’s mental health programme, as well as oversees projects in the ‘streets’ portfolio of our children’s health and food programme.
Claire’s background is in health and social care integration, working with commissioners, providers and service users across London to co-design and deliver innovative approaches to care delivery. Most recently, Claire has been working with Hillingdon Health and Care Partners, to design and prototype a new integrated early intervention model for children and young people, and Care City, to deliver their Wave 2 Innovation Test Bed Programme.
Claire started her career as a Management Consultant at PPL, a Southwark based social enterprise focused on improving health and care outcomes for people and communities.
