Portfolio Manager
Erel works in the multiple long-term conditions programme and leads our financial health strand.
Erel joined us in January 2021 as a Portfolio Manager. She has worked in various voluntary sector roles including youth, financial inclusion, advocacy and advice, as well as in the corporate sector. She has developed resources, training and provided consultancy on financial inclusion strategies of voluntary sector organisations.
After completing an MA in Anthropology and Youth Work at Goldsmiths, University of London she embarked on setting up a number of organisations for the good of her community. These have included initiatives such as Set Fashion Free, a fashion, culture and enterprise programme for young people where she partnered with the British Museum, the V&A and other academic and corporate institutions, and the Ministry of Thrift where she developed financial inclusion resources including digital for some of largest housing associations.
More recently she founded Little STEMs, a grassroots initiative to promote STEM to disadvantaged primary school-aged children schools and is working with the Oval Learning Cluster and leading universities such as UCL, Imperial and Oxford on various initiatives.
