Evidence and Impact Director
Anne leads our approach to evidence and impact across our urban health programmes.
Anne joined in us 2020, and leads our approach to evidence and impact. She oversees the use of evidence, evaluation and learning to drive impact across our urban health programmes, and to advance the wider field of urban health.
Anne has over 20 years experience as a social researcher and evaluator, specialising in health and well-being, family and women’s services. Prior to joining us, Anne was Associate Director for Data and Learning at the voluntary sector thinktank and consultancy NPC, where she led NPC’s advice to charities and funders on the use and generation of evidence in a wide range of contexts, and several large-scale fund and systems change evaluation programmes focusing on young people, loneliness and early years. Anne also oversaw the development of the first NHS charities shared measurement approach to evaluating hospital grant-giving.
Anne is passionate about early intervention, systems change and the use of evidence to reduce social and health inequalities.
