Eleanor joined in December 2024 as an interim Director, having led teams in evidence-based organisations including the Education Endowment Foundation and Youth Futures Foundation.

She is the Deputy Leader of the London Borough of Merton, and the Cabinet Member for Civic Pride and Climate Change.
